In the Salon, our professional salon design team has advanced training and knowledge of desirable product technology and techniques to enhance your total image. We take into consideration your hair type, bone structure, lifestyle and skin tones to ensure you're offered the latest in fashion trends and products to suit your needs. All our salon services include consultation, scalp massage, instructional blow-dry and make-up touch up if desired.

In the Spa, our certified estheticians take the time and care necessary to understand the specific needs of each client, then recommend the appropriate products and services to satisfy those requirements. We schedule ample time with each client so that you can feel relaxed as our top priority is your comfort and satisfaction. We use only the best quality products available and keep up to date with the latest trends and styles.

CANCELLATIONS - Dolce Soleil respectfully requests a minimum of 24 hours notification if you are unable to make an appointment. 48 hour notification is requested for our spa packages.

ARRIVAL FOR APPOINTMENTS - Our time scheduling is of the utmost importance to us and designed to allow ample time needed to complete desired services. Please assist us by arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to allow time to change and relax. Although we will always do our best to accommodate, arriving late may result in your appointment being shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

SERVICES FOR CHILDREN - While services are offered to children in the salon, supervision is required at all times during the visit. Services in the spa are reserved for children 12 years of age or older only. We respectfully ask that no infants and children be brought into the spa or salon, unless they are here for a salon appointment.

CELL PHONES - We request that you please turn cell phones off as a courtesy to surrounding guests and to ensure an uninterrupted visit.

GRATUITIES - Left to your discretion, gratuities are not included in our prices. A good rule of thumb is 15% of the cost before taxes if satisfaction is obtained.

PRICES - All prices do not include GST and are subject to change without notice. Deposit required for groups of three or more.
